Cooking classes at Borgo
At Borgo Tre Rose you can follow Tuscan cooking classes to learn how to cook the most popular traditional dishes with the help of an expert chef.
Here are our delicious proposals for a themed cooking class:
Making a tart with plum jam, followed by a snack on the terrace (tart and fruit juice).
Preparing Cantucci (traditional Siena biscuits), and a guided tour of the Tre Rose Estate cellar. The tour concludes with a feast of Cantucci and Vin Santo.
If you fancy sampling all the delicious products of our hamlet, simply order an aperitif on the panoramic terrace and try a selection of the best the estate has to offer!
Want to find out more about this area while enjoying a tasty aperitif?
Take part in a guided walk through the Estate and listen to stories about the lives of the inhabitants as you discover the origins of the local traditions with a visit to the agricultural museum of the Hamlets of Capezzine, which can be reached on foot from the hotel.
A country-style aperitif on the terrace of the Borgo is an idyllic end to this themed tour.
