Stay safely

• Daily ozonization and sanitization with certified machinery and products of all common areas of the hotel. We ozonate accommodations before the check-in and after the check-out;
• The outdoor common areas are sanitized regularly with certified products;
• Throughout the facility, you can find hand sanitizer dispensers and collection points for personal protective equipment;
• The entrance to the Reception is allowed to only one person at a time for check-in and check-out;
• If possible we ask you to send your documents by email, so as to reduce waiting times for the check in;
• We are at your complete disposal for any information you may need also by telephone, just dial number 9 from the telephone in your room;
• On request, are available kits with sanitizer hydroalcoholic solution;
• The menu of our Restaurant is also available on your smartphone by scanning the QR-Code;
• The toilets in the common areas of the hotel are sanitized several times a day, however, we invite you to preferably use the bathrooms inside the rooms;
• The access to the swimming pool is allowed for a maximum of 20 people at a time;
• When you are at the pool, we kindly ask you to take a shower with sanitizing soap (available in the pool showers) before swimming;
• You can choose to give up the daily cleaning of the room up to a maximum of 3 days;
• The Buffet Breakfast set up on the panoramic terrace of the restaurant will be served exclusively by the staff; We also ask you to wear a protective mask when you are close to the Buffet tables;
• The hotel staff strictly respect the rules laid down by law: social distance, use of personal protective equipment, administration of beverages and food in compliance with current legislation;
